The March 2024 workshops will take place virtually. Content will be delivered using Zoom as the meeting platform. 

Fees

Registration for participants is $950. Make sure to take advantage of our early registration period before February 15 and save $100. Registration includes the content of the workshop and materials. 

Online registration must be accompanied by credit card payment via PayPal. For check or wire transfer payments, please email workshops@uwc-usa.org. 

The workshop certificate of completion will be sent after the workshops take place, and only once we receive payment.

Confirmation

When you register, you will receive email confirmation of your registration information. You will receive a second email confirming participation once payment has been processed. 

One week before the workshop, you will receive an email from your workshop leader with general information and a workshop abstract.

Changes to Registration

There is a $130 fee if you change your workshop during the week of the workshop.

All change requests must be made in writing and sent to workshops@uwc-usa.org.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing and received by February 15, 2024. Refunds will be processed less a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made after February 15, 2024. Payment will still be expected for any cancellations made after February 15.

UWC-USA reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment. If any workshops will be canceled, we will know by March 1, 2024. In the event a workshop is canceled, you may transfer from the canceled workshop to an available workshop or elect to have the registration fee fully refunded.
