The UWC U.S. Selection Committee is charged with selecting outstanding students each year to represent the United States at UWC schools and colleges around the world. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents and be either 16 or 17 years old on September 1 of the year they intend to enroll. In addition, Davis Scholars must demonstrate significant ties to the U.S. or that they have lived in the U.S. a major portion of their lives.
