Staying Well During COVID-19
While the pandemic no longer poses the threat it once did, many of these resources are still relevant and helpful and reflect the support UWC-USA provides its community. The following resources are intended to inform and support your social, emotional, mental and community health during COVID-19. We recognize this list is primarily limited to English-speaking audiences in the Global North and will continue to update with relevant sources. This list is by no means exhaustive and encourages members of our community to seek resources that meet their unique needs.
During this time of transition and adaptation, we have a lot to learn — and a lot we can do to support one another. Our categories are: Self-care; Mental Health; Staying Connected; Global Resources; Classes & Activities; Apps & Podcasts; Working with Youth; General; and Hotlines. Please share this webpage with others.
We are grateful for UWC’s strong global community, and want to remind everyone that even if you are isolating for the health of yourself and your community, you are not alone. Reach out to one another and use this time to deepen connections and your knowledge of how we can live the mission in changed circumstances.

“The virtue and the strength of UWC is that it provides small, but powerful cells of innovation, catalysts for change, breaking barriers of habit and opening broader vistas of experience for both pupils and educationalists.”
