Todd Tucker

Todd Tucker is a lawyer and mediator living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Before moving there with his wife Dianne in 2022, he served for eight years as the general counsel of a global health and wellness company headquartered in the San Francisco area. Prior to that, he was Vice President and General Counsel for McDonald’s Asia, Pacific, Middle East, and Africa, where he led McDonald’s legal affairs in 37 Eastern Hemisphere countries and oversaw a diverse, multicultural team of more than 40 professionals. During his career at McDonald’s, Todd also served in several other roles, including Vice President and Assistant to the Chairman and CEO at McDonald’s Japan, where he functioned as the chief administrative officer for McDonald’s second-largest market outside the United States. Earlier in his career, Todd practiced law in Chicago with the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis, where he litigated a wide variety of civil cases. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and is admitted to the Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College and a law degree from Harvard Law School. He and his family lived in Singapore for 12 years, during which time Dianne taught on the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law and their two children attended United World College of South-East Asia.
