Taylor Howard ’04 is a Content Designer at Facebook where she focuses on positive social impact for Facebook products and leads the recruiting pillar for the Content Design Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team. She created Facebook Content Design Bridge Builders, a mentorship program focused on bringing more people from underserved communities into the tech industry. Previous to Facebook, she led an international team of writers, translators and content creators at Alibaba in Hangzhou, China. She earned a bachelor’s in English/Creative Writing at Dartmouth College. She currently lives in San Francisco.

Taylor grew up in Michigan and learned about UWC from a postcard in the mail and the rest is history! Taylor credits UWC with driving her passion to create a more equitable world and for being the place where she met the best friends that are really just family.
