Our mailing address is P.O. Box 248, Montezuma, NM, 87731.

Driving Directions: From Albuquerque, take I-25 north to Las Vegas. Exit at the first Las Vegas exit, #343, and turn left at the end of the ramp. Go half a mile and turn left onto New Mexico Avenue. (You will see a Santa Fe Railroad red caboose at the intersection.) Drive 1.9 miles. At the first traffic light, you’ll see Allsup’s convenience store on your left. Turn left onto Hot Springs Boulevard (State Road #65) and continue 4.3 miles. Turn right when you see the Davis International Center (Montezuma Castle). Pass the Montezuma Post Office on your right. Please check in at the Welcome Center on your left when you arrive on campus.

Our campus is closed to the general public with the following exceptions:

The Admissions Office at UWC-USA offers tours for prospective families and students. You may sign up here to join a tour.

We welcome UWC alumni to return to Montezuma to re-engage with the UWC-USA community. Please check with  Reed Baumgarten ’89, Alumni Engagement Officer, at [email protected] at least one week in advance of your visit.

Guests may visit the Dwan Light Sanctuary by first stopping at the Welcome Center where campus security officers will provide directions and an access key. Because the prisms are most impressive during full sunlight, optimal times to visit are late morning to early afternoon. There is no charge, although donations to maintain the Sanctuary are accepted at the Welcome Center.

With the exception of the Dwan Light Sanctuary (which is open daily from sunrise to sunset), the campus is closed to the general public except for special, announced events.
