A 2003 graduate of UWC Red Cross Nordic, Wenao has built a career defined by strategic leadership in the technology industry. With over 15 years of experience in software development and management consulting, she currently serves as Director of Product Operations at Databricks in California, where she leads R&D and go-to-market initiatives that drive organizational growth and innovation. Previously, Wenao held senior roles at Google, guiding complex, cross-functional projects in Search and Commerce.

Originally from Beijing, China, Wenao holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Wellesley College, an MPA in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School, and an MBA from the Wharton School. Her UWC experience deeply influenced her, inspiring a commitment to inclusiveness, collaboration and mentorship. She remains focused on volunteerism and building inclusive communities around her.
