Susu is the Assistant to the Dean of Student Life and the Dean of Teaching & Learning, providing administrative and operational support that enables the Deans to focus on their core responsibilities. Susu previously worked at UWC-USA on the Residential Life team from 2021 to 2023. She earned an Interdisciplinary Degree in the College of Fine Arts at the University of Arizona, combining Music, Dance and Spanish with the goal of working in a field dedicated to cultural exchange. Susu also runs a nature tour company in Costa Rica along with her husband Marcos (Residential Coordinator at UWC-USA).
