Q&A with Mónica

What do you love about teaching or your role at the school?
I am passionate about the culture of the Spanish-speaking world, so being able to share it is a treat. I also like that, as Harry Belafonte said, “It is the artist who reveals society to itself”, so we ought to read art, literature, and other cultural objects.
I may be strict, but I am kind and very loving. Like a chocolate fudge cookie, a hard surface hides a soft, warm, and sweet interior.
