Jordan Pascucci is Vice Dean and Director of Admissions at the University of Pennsylvania, one of the nation’s most selective research universities, where she leads undergraduate enrollment strategy. Over twenty years in higher education and secondary school leadership, she has built expertise in recruitment and selection, financial aid, and staff development. She speaks worldwide on holistic evaluation, global recruitment, and the future of admission. Jordan has served on NACAC’s ad hoc committee on transparency in college admissions and is a member of the QuestBridge College Partner Advisory Committee. She holds a B.A. from Temple University and a Master of Liberal Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. Her doctoral research at Northeastern University examines how enrollment organizations must evolve to meet the demands of contemporary enrollment work.
