United World College-USA, a two-year, independent, co-educational boarding school, seeks to identify an exceptional leader to serve as its next associate head of school. The associate head of school is a senior-level leadership position, reporting directly to the president, with responsibility for implementation and oversight of UWC-USA’s strategic priorities in educational and residential life programming.

The Strategic Leadership Team has developed a comprehensive process and timeline for identifying the school’s next associate head of school. After collecting important feedback and perspectives from the UWC-USA community, they have produced an Opportunity Statement and opened the position for applications. Following the application deadline, the Screening Committee will narrow the applicant pool to a group of semi-finalists. UWC-USA’s president, Dr. Victoria J. Mora, will lead the Search Committee which will conduct and identify the finalists for on-campus interviews. The finalist(s) identified after the on-campus visits will be invited to meet with members of the Education Committee of the Board of Trustees.
