 Workshop Confirmation (for DP & PRE IB SUMMER WORKSHOPS ONLY) We will send out confirmation of workshop registration via email within three weeks of a valid registration. It is advisable to wait until you receive confirmation of workshop registration before booking airline tickets. Prior to the workshop, a second email will be sent to registrants with general information and a workshop abstract from the workshop leader. |

 Guests (for DP & PRE-IB SUMMER WORKSHOPS ONLY) Guest fee: $350 Guest under age 10: $200.

  Changes to Registrations (for DP & PRE IB SUMMER WORKSHOPS ONLY) Any changes made in workshop subject or dates of enrollment made prior to the start of the workshop will be assessed a $30 charge.
Changes in workshop subject during the week of the workshop will be made only with the approval of your IB Coordinator and will be assessed a $130 change due at the time of the workshop change.
All change requests must be made in writing and may be faxed or mailed. |

 Cancellations/Refunds (for DP & PRE IB SUMMER WORKSHOPS ONLY) Cancellations by participants must be in writing, and faxed or postmarked by May 15, 2010. Refunds will be processed less a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made after May 15, 2010.
UWC-USA reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment. In the event a workshop is cancelled, you may transfer from the cancelled workshop to an available workshop or the registration fee will be fully refunded. |

Registrations are valid only when accompanied by payment. Accepted forms of payment are check, charge card, an institution's Purchase Order, or wire transfer of funds. Faxed checks are not accepted. Registrations will not be processed until payment is received.

|  | Montezuma Accommodation: about dorms Dorm life is very different from hotel life. However, at UWC, it is part of the whole experience.
General registration includes a shared room with another participant and shared bathroom and shower facilities. Room amenities include sheets, pillow, comforter, blanket, towels and soap. Rooms will be cleaned daily. Beds will be made daily. Towels will be changed on Wednesday.
There is no reduction in the workshop fee if you choose off-campus accommodation.
Additional services available for an extra charge (pay on site, check or cash): field trips to Santa Fe and Taos; massage. |
