At the heart of the UWC experience is a talented and diverse faculty made up of men and women
from around the globe, including Barbados, Colombia, India, South Africa, Algeria, Germany, Canada,
Palestine, the UK and the U.S. This year, there are 26 full-time faculty members and four part-time
faculty members. Eighteen hold master's degrees and ten have doctorates from U.S. and international
universities.
Almost all faculty members live on campus and all participate fully
in dormitory life and extra-curricular activities.
Each student has a faculty advisor who helps
to plan an appropriate course of study and is available for consultation on all matters of importance
to a student. Advisors meet with students throughout the year formally and informally.
